The frenum piercing is the second most popular penis piercing among men. The frenum is also known as the frenulum due to the normal location of the piercing, through the frenulum membrane on the underside of the penis.

Some men choose to spice up their cock by getting multiple frenums, up the entire shaft of the penis. This arrangement of piercings is known as a frenum ladder. I personally knew a guy once whose ladder consisted of 14 piercings! The number of piercings in a ladder will vary based on the length of the penis and placement of the piercings. Aftercare of the frenum is pretty simple and if followed carefully, you can expect the piercing to heal in two to five weeks. Make sure to wash it twice a day and keep it as cool and dry as possible.
